HER. Hockey Hub – Spring Development Program (2017–2020)
HER. Hockey Hub is a spring development program built for young female athletes ready to grow their game in a supportive, high-energy environment. Designed for players born between 2017–2020, the focus is simple: build strong skating habits, develop confidence with the puck, and create a space where players can learn, compete, and have fun.
Across five weekends, athletes will work through a structured progression that blends skill development with game play. Saturdays are dedicated to targeted skill work—focusing on edges, power skating, puck control, and foundational habits. Sundays bring it all together, with 30 minutes of edge work and power skating followed by 30 minutes of small area games and scrimmages to help players apply what they’ve learned in game-like situations.
