Wheatland Cardinals Competitive Spring Teams — 2027
The Wheatland Cardinals Competitive Spring Program is evolving for 2027, with a stronger focus on long-term development, team identity, and athlete preparation before tournament season even begins.
Rather than forming solely for spring competition, Cardinals Spring Teams will now begin their development process through participation in our Wheatland Winter Development Program running January through the end of March. Athletes will train, develop, and build chemistry alongside their spring teammates prior to entering competition season.
Designed for players seeking a competitive, development-first spring hockey experience, the Cardinals program combines purposeful skill development, structured team practices, tournament play, mentorship, and strong coaching support in a positive, athlete-focused environment.
Tournament teams will be offered for birth years 2013–2020.
