About the event
This session focuses on the core habits that help young players become confident shooters. Athletes will work on proper hand positioning, weight transfer, and quick releases while learning how to aim and generate power. Through fun, fast-paced drills, players will practice shooting in motion, finding open space, and turning opportunities into goals—building the confidence to finish plays during games.
