Coach the Coach is designed to help coaches build confidence, expand their toolbox and head into the fall season feeling more prepared behind the bench and on the ice.

Whether you’re a volunteer parent on the fence about starting your coaching journey, a newer coach looking for guidance, or an experienced coach searching for fresh ideas and perspective, this clinic is built for you.

Led by Coach Rich and Coach Ryan, this session will focus on practical coaching strategies, communication, practice planning, athlete development and building positive team environments where athletes can thrive. Rich, with a 25+ year career in education, brings a unique teaching perspective to the way he develops athletes on the ice — helping players truly understand concepts, not simply repeat drills.
