About the event

On-Ice Body Contact Clinic

Designed for athletes entering body contact leagues or new to contact hockey, this clinic teaches players how to both give and receive contact safely and effectively.

Athletes will focus on proper angling, timing, body positioning, and stick detail to deliver controlled, legal contact — while also learning how to absorb pressure along the boards, protect themselves in open ice, and maintain balance through contact.

Emphasis is placed on awareness, decision-making, and staying in control in high-traffic areas. The goal is confidence, composure, and safe physical engagement within the rules of the game.

Structured, progressive, and development-focused — preparing athletes to transition into contact hockey the right way.

Total Investment: $45+ GST
