Our Biomechanical Stride clinic is designed for U9 to U15 players.
Our Biomechanical Stride Analysis session is a dedicated one-hour video capture designed to record every element of a player’s skating mechanics — not a skill session, but a precision data collection experience.
Using multiple camera angles, we’ll capture your skating in a variety of movements — linear forward and backward skating, crossovers, and pivots — to provide a complete picture of your stride.
This footage becomes the foundation for a detailed video feedback and commentary session, where we break down stride efficiency, edge use, balance, and power generation.
This clinic includes video feedback provided to each player with a full analysis and coach commentary of the footage collected during the one hour skate.
